With over 14 years of professional experience, he advises domestic and international clients on a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and secretarial matters, with a strong focus on corporate structuring, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance.
His practice encompasses corporate and commercial advisory, including drafting and negotiation of Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Joint Venture Agreements (JV Agreements) and other transactional documentation. He advises clients on incorporation and restructuring of companies and LLPs, corporate governance, legal opinions, and general corporate law matters. He also has extensive experience in FEMA and RBI compliances, including advisory on External Commercial Borrowings (ECB), Overseas Direct Investment (ODI), and other cross-border transactions.
