He is associated with the firm as an Associate Consultant and provides strategic financial and commercial advisory support to the Firm's Insolvency, Resolution & Bankruptcy practice.
With over 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Bhatia is a seasoned financial and strategic advisor with extensive exposure to insolvency, financial restructuring, taxation, audit and assurance, banking and finance, business valuation, and corporate finance. His experience across diverse industry sectors enables him to approach complex business situations from a comprehensive perspective, combining financial, commercial, regulatory, and strategic considerations.
Mr. Bhatia has developed significant expertise in insolvency resolution and liquidation matters, advising on financial, strategic and marketing aspects of complex insolvency assignments. His experience includes assessment of financial positions, restructuring strategies, stakeholder considerations, financial analysis, and supporting the execution of resolution and liquidation processes.
