He advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, with a focus on delivering commercially driven and strategically aligned legal solutions.

His practice encompasses corporate and commercial advisory, contract management, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment (FDI), overseas direct investment (ODI), cross-border transactions, and corporate restructuring. He has significant experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide spectrum of commercial agreements, including shareholders' agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, employment contracts, licensing arrangements, technology and service agreements, and other complex business contracts. He also assists clients in dispute resolution strategy arising from commercial and contractual relationships.

Mr. Kohli is actively involved in legal due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring transactions, working closely with clients to identify legal risks, facilitate transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance.
