Ms. Diksha Narang is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), an MBA (Finance) graduate, and an Associate at Factum Legal. Having commenced her professional journey with the Firm as an intern, she continues to be a part of the Secretarial Team, advising clients on corporate, regulatory, and insolvency matters with a practical and solution-oriented approach.
Her primary area of practice is the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, where she assists on insolvency and voluntary liquidation matters, regulatory compliances, and proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). She is actively involved in drafting and filing applications, supporting auction and bidding processes under the IBC, conducting legal research, and assisting in the execution of complex insolvency assignments.
In addition to her insolvency practice, Ms. Narang advises on matters under the Companies Act, 2013 and assists clients on a broad range of general corporate law and regulatory compliance matters. Her work includes corporate and secretarial compliances, secretarial audits, legal research, preparation of corporate documentation, liaisoning with regulatory authorities including the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and supporting clients on diverse corporate advisory assignments.
As a member of the Firm's Secretarial Team, Ms. Narang works closely with senior professionals in delivering strategic legal and regulatory support to clients. Her meticulous approach, strong analytical skills, and commitment to excellence enable her to effectively assist clients in navigating complex corporate and insolvency matters.
Outside her professional commitments, Ms. Diksha enjoys travelling and exploring new places, reflecting her curiosity and appreciation for diverse cultures.
