MS. SHIVANGI TANDON

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Ms. Shivangi Tandon is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and holds a Master of Commerce in Business Policy & Corporate Governance from the University of Delhi. She is an Associate Consultant at Factum Legal and leads the Firm's India–UK Cross-Border Advisory practice. Based in London, she advises entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, SMEs, and multinational organisations on establishing, expanding, and managing their business interests across India and the United Kingdom. She combines commercial insight with regulatory and governance expertise to support businesses in navigating cross-border opportunities and compliance requirements.
During her association with the Firm, prior to relocating to London, Ms. Tandon advised clients on corporate governance, Companies Act, 2013 compliances, board and shareholder matters, secretarial practice, corporate restructuring, regulatory filings, and governance frameworks, developing a strong foundation in corporate and regulatory advisory. Her experience with the Firm has enabled her to develop a strong understanding of corporate structuring and regulatory requirements, which now forms an integral part of her India–UK cross-border advisory practice.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Tandon served as a Consultant with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, where she was involved in corporate inspections, investigations, due diligence exercises, governance assessments, and regulatory enforcement matters under the Companies Act, 2013.
Her cross-border practice is supported by a trusted network of legal, tax, accounting, immigration, and financial professionals across India and the UK, enabling her to facilitate integrated and commercially focused solutions for businesses throughout their international growth journey.
Outside her professional practice, Ms. Tandon serves as a Parent Governor at a primary school in London, contributing to governance, accountability, and educational initiatives within the local community.
