Ms. Shreya Keshri is a Law Graduate and an Advocate. She is an Associate at Factum Legal and is a member of the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, assisting clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters, including corporate advisory, commercial disputes, insolvency, and regulatory proceedings.
Her practice involves legal research, drafting, and advisory across diverse areas of law. She assists in matters relating to the Companies Act, 2013, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, commercial and corporate disputes, and other regulatory matters. She is actively involved in the preparation of legal notices, pleadings, stakeholder communications, legal opinions, and other documentation, while also supporting the team in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Prior to joining Factum Legal, Ms. Keshri practised as an Associate before the Jharkhand High Court, where she gained valuable experience in legal drafting and regularly assisted in appearances before various Courts and Tribunals. Her litigation background, coupled with her strong research and analytical skills, enables her to provide effective legal support across the Firm's corporate advisory and dispute resolution practice.
